Sensor watch test procedure, featuring the Pycorder. Lights up red at the start, then tests:

1. reading a byte from an I2C device,
2. reading levels from each of the pins on the 9-pin, and
3. Reading a press of each of the side buttons.
   Also tests both LEDs and the debug UART.
